We can do smd and th assembly for electronic boards of any sort in accordance with ipc-a-610 standard, whether in the form of prototype or mass production.

SMD INSTALLATION
The actual capacity of smd installation by our auto insertion line with 2 automatic machines is 40000 components/hours.
Our automatic installation machines, which are manufactured as optional, are able to installation the boards of up to 78 cm*46 cm.

Component height: 0,2 to 25 mm
Minimum component size: 0201
Leg intervals: 0,5 to 22 mm
Component INSTALLATION Sensitivity: ±50µm@ µ+3σ /CHIP ±30µm@ µ+3σ QFP
Component INSTALLATION Clearance: 0402mm to 55mm
INSTALLATION available for connectors of up to 75mm.
PCB board thickness: 0.38 to 4.2mm

T.H INSTALLATION
Installation of t.h materials whose initial preparations is completed on the cutting and shaping machines are done on the manual assembly lines.
Boards with installation completed are soldered using wave soldering equipment, preferably with lead or lead-free.
